Hamilton Watch Co. was in operation from 1892-1969 and manufactured some of the highest end, most accurate watches ever produced. Manufacturing of Hamilton watches took place at their facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

This Hamilton pocket watch was manufactured in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and was finished in 1941 during WWII. The watch is powered by the advanced Hamilton 917 Model 1 movement, which is a sturdy and robust 17 jewel movement produced between 1936-1954. The movement has been restored and custom refinished with blue accents by thermally treating each movement part by hand to color the iron based components. The hands of the watch are untouched and are in their original, gold color. The enamel lettering on the movement has been restored and the brass jewel casings have been polished to restore their original bright, golden color. The Hamilton dial is in excellent condition, features applied Arabic numerals, and is quite dynamic in the light. The watch is cased in a new silver-colored wrist watch conversion case so the watch can be enjoyed on your wrist.
