Founded in 1848 in Switzerland, Omega has become one of the world's best-known watch brands. Omega produced high-quality wristwatches during the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. Renowned for its precision and craftsmanship, Omega also created exquisite pocket watches in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, enhancing its reputation as a premier watchmaker.

This Omega timepiece was manufactured in Switzerland, and was finished in 1912. The watch is powered by a 15 jewel in house Omega movement, which was produced during the early 1900s. The movement features 15 jewels, beautifully decorated ratchet and crown wheels, an intricate pattern on the balance, and striped damaskeening. The movement has been restored and custom refinished with blue accents. The accents were created by thermally treating each movement part by hand to color the iron based components. The hands have not been restored and are in their original heat blue color.

The Omega dial is porcelain-enamel, in excellent condition, and features bold Arabic numerals. The timpece is encased in a newly designed 316L stainless steel wristwatch conversion case to provide comfortable wear for people that prefer a smaller wrist profile. The case is equipped with gaskets and offers water resistance up to 10 meters, although it is advisable to remove the watch before engaging in water activities. Having undergone thorough servicing, this timepiece is ready for your upcoming adventures.
