American Waltham Watch Co. was in operation from 1852-1957 and was an American pocket watch manufacturer. Manufacturing of Waltham watches took place at their facility in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Crafted in Waltham, Massachusetts, and completed in 1908, this Waltham timepiece is driven by the grade No 165 movement—a 15-jewel Waltham in-house movement produced from 1907 to 1917. The movement has been completely restored and refinished by incorporating stylish blue accents to the screws and movement hardware. These accents were achieved through the precise hand-thermal treatment of each part. The hands of the watch have not been restored and are in their original golden color. The porcelain-enamel Waltham dial features distinct blue lettering and numerals. The contrast between the white dial and blue text complements the golden hands beautifully.
The timepiece is encased in a newly designed 316L stainless steel wristwatch conversion case, ensuring comfortable for people that prefer a smaller wrist profile. The case, equipped with gaskets, offers water resistance up to 10 meters, although it is advisable to remove the watch before engaging in water activities. Having undergone thorough servicing, this timepiece is ready for your upcoming adventures.
