Elgin National Watch Co. was in operation from 1864-1968 and was an American pocket watch manufacturer. Manufacturing of Elgin watches took place at their facility in Elgin, Illinois.

This Elgin pocket watch was manufactured in Elgin, Illinois, and was finished in 1922. The watch is powered by Elgin’s in-house 17 jewel movement, which was produced between 1898-1940. The movement features 17 jewels and beautiful damaskeening. The movement has been restored and custom refinished with blue accents. The accents were created by thermally treating each movement part by hand to color the iron based components. The brass jewel settings have been restored to their original golden color, and the black, enamel letting was restored by hand. The Elgin dial is metal and in excellent condition. The dial has a beautiful golden guilloche motif at the center and the numerals sparkle in the light. The watch is cased in a new silver-colored wrist watch conversion case so the watch can be enjoyed on your wrist. The watch comes fully serviced and ready for your next adventure.
