Hamilton Watch Co. was in operation from 1892-1969 and manufactured some of the highest end, most accurate watches ever produced. Manufacturing of Hamilton watches took place at their facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This Hamilton pocket watch was manufactured in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and was finished in 1933. It is powered by the 912 grade movement, which is a 17 jewel Hamilton in-house movement that was produced between 1923-1937. The movement has been restored and custom refinished with deep blue accents, and the movement screws have been finished in blue as well. The accents were created through thermally treating each movement part by hand to color the iron based components. The hands of the watch have not been restored and are in their original thermal-blue color. The Hamilton dial is in great condition, features Arabic numerals, and is metal with painted indices. The dial has a beautiful circular pattern in the inner part of the dial. The watch is cased in a new silver-colored wrist watch conversion case so the watch can be enjoyed on your wrist. This case is designed with adjustable lugs making the watch easy to wind and set. The adjustable lugs also permit a more custom fit for different wrist sizes. The watch comes fully serviced and ready for your next adventure. Because of our dedication to preserving history, the watch comes with the original Hamilton-branded pocket watch case, box, and papers.
