Hamilton Watch Co. was in operation from 1892-1969 and manufactured some of the highest end, most accurate watches ever produced. Manufacturing of Hamilton watches took place at their facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This Hamilton timepiece, crafted in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and completed in 1930, is powered by the 904 grade movement—a 21-jewel in-house Hamilton creation produced between 1928 and 1936, with only 4,100 units made, making it a collector's paradise. The movement has been meticulously restored and refinished with deep blue accents, including the screws, achieved by hand through precise thermal heating of each movement component. The watch hands have also been restored to their original deep blue hue using the same thermal treatment process. The Hamilton dial, in excellent condition, features a one-of-a-kind sunburst bark pattern. The Hamilton logo is featured on the sub second hand dial.
The timepiece is encased in a 316L stainless steel wristwatch conversion case, designed with adjustable lugs for ease in winding and setting, ensuring a tailored fit across various wrist sizes. The case includes front, back, and crown gaskets, providing water resistance up to 50 meters, though it is recommended to remove the watch before participating in water activities. Fully serviced and ready for your next adventure, the watch also comes with the original 14 karat gold Hamilton pocket watch case, reflecting our dedication to preserving history.
