Hamilton Watch Co. was in operation from 1892-1969 and manufactured some of the highest end, most accurate watches ever produced. Manufacturing of Hamilton watches took place at their facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This Hamilton timepiece, crafted in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and completed in 1935, is powered by the 912 grade—a 17-jewel in-house movement produced between 1923 and 1937. The movement components were refinished with stylish blue accents on the screws and hardware through precise hand-thermal treatment using traditional watchmaking techniques. The watch hands are in their original blue condition and have not been restored. The Hamilton dial is in excellent condition, featuring unique golden indices and a sunburst motif at the center. The heat-blued hands contrast sharply with the dial, and both the hands and the golden indices are strikingly dynamic in the light.
The timepiece is housed in a new 316L stainless steel wristwatch conversion case, designed with adjustable lugs for easy winding and setting, ensuring a comfortable fit across various wrist sizes. The case is equipped with front, back, and crown gaskets, providing water resistance up to 50 meters, although we recommend removing the watch before water activities. The watch is fully serviced and ready for your upcoming adventures. Because of our dedication to preserving history, the original 14 karat gold filled pocket watch case will be included as well.
