Hamilton Watch Co. was in operation from 1892-1969 and manufactured some of the highest end, most accurate watches ever produced. Manufacturing of Hamilton watches took place at their facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This Hamilton timepiece, crafted in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and completed in 1934, is powered by the 912 grade—a 17-jewel in-house movement produced between 1923 and 1937. The movement components were refinished with stylish blue accents on the screws and hardware through precise hand-thermal treatment using traditional watchmaking techniques. The original golden Louis XIV-style hands, a rare configuration for Hamilton, remain intact. The dial, in near-perfect condition, features a unique sunburst bark pattern that appears dynamic and transforms as light strikes it from different angles. The Hamilton logo is prominently displayed on the sub-second hand dial.
The timepiece is encased in a 316L stainless steel wristwatch conversion case, designed with adjustable lugs for ease in winding and setting, ensuring a tailored fit across various wrist sizes. The case includes front, back, and crown gaskets, providing water resistance up to 50 meters, though it is recommended to remove the watch before participating in water activities. Fully serviced and ready for your next adventure, the watch also comes with the original 14 karat gold Hamilton pocket watch case, reflecting our dedication to preserving history.
